• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Ensure proper documentation of care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Requirements
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice (Ohio).
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate resident care while ensuring safety and comfort.
