We're a healthcare startup providing services offering customized home healthcare solutions to patients in Delhi NCR. We're looking for compassionate and skilled professionals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities-Nurse:

a. Provide nursing services to patients in their homes as per patients’ requirement

b. Provide direct patient care, including medication management and treatment as per Doctor’s advice.

c. Assist with daily living activities and mobility support

d. Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes

e. Develop and implement individualized care plans

f. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

g. Educate patients and family on health management and caregiving support

h. Maintain accurate medical records and reports

i. Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and families as and when required

j. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

k. Ability to work independently

Job Requirements:

· B.Sc. Nursing, ANM, GNM, Diploma in Nursing, with valid registration certificate from Nursing Council of India/State Nursing Council

· 1-2 years of experience in home care or similar setting, Freshers may apply

· Ability to travel independently within Delhi-NCR
