Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to assist in Hair Transplant (FUE/FUT), GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate), and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) procedures. The nurse will support the surgeon during procedures, ensure patient safety, maintain OT standards, and provide pre- and post-procedure care.

Key Responsibilities: Pre-Procedure Responsibilities

• Prepare OT/procedure room as per sterile protocol.
• Ensure availability of instruments, consumables, PRP kits, centrifuge, GFC kits, etc.
• Check patient vitals and maintain documentation.
• Assist in patient counselling and consent process.
• Prepare PRP/GFC kits and draw blood under aseptic precautions.

Intra-Procedure Assistance

• Assist doctor during FUE/FUT hair transplant.
• Handle graft counting, graft hydration, and graft placement assistance.
• Operate centrifuge for PRP/GFC preparation.
• Maintain sterile field throughout procedure.
• Monitor patient vitals during procedure.
• Assist in local anesthesia administration setup.
• Post-Procedure Care
• Dressing and post-procedure instructions.
• Monitor patient recovery.
• Educate patient on post-care, medications, and follow-up schedule.
• Maintain procedure documentation and OT records.

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Sterilization of instruments.
• Maintain PRP centrifuge machine and micromotor.
• Stock monitoring of consumables.
• Biomedical waste management as per guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• ANM/GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Minimum 1 year experience in OT / Aesthetic / Dermatology clinic (preferred)
• Experience in Hair Transplant / PRP will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques
• Understanding of PRP & GFC preparation process
• OT discipline and instrument handling
• Good communication & patient counselling skills
• Ability to work long procedure hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
