Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in New York. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians and medical staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient health, record medical histories, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when required.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred depending on department.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
