Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our skilled nursing team. You'll work closely with a supportive team in a collaborative environment focused on dignity, respect, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and safety protocols.
• Conduct and document thorough patient assessments in line with HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and vital signs.
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and preventative care.
• Participate in quality improvement programs.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Kansas
• Experience with geriatric care preferred
• High level of compassion, patience, and empathy
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple residents and tasks
• Commitment to continued professional growth
