Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing
Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience mandatory

Shift: Night Shift (6PM to 3AM)

Salary: 35,000/- to 45,000/- Per Month

Should have excellent fluency in English.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing) with valid credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience mandatory
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices, guidelines, and healthcare protocols.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for US healthcare process.
• Ability to work in night shifts and meet compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical review of complaints and appeals filed by providers using appropriate resources and clinical guidelines to ensure cost-effective delivery of health services.
• Support the identification and review of appropriate case types in compliance with clinical protocols.
• Promote and support quality effectiveness of healthcare services through accurate documentation and review.
• Accurately apply review requirements to ensure cases are evaluated by a practitioner with clinical expertise in the relevant condition.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
