Need a Pediatric Nurse Aide for Client
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Aide to provide essential support to a client in need of assistance with daily living activities in their place of residence. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for pediatric clients. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client.

Requirements

• Certified CNA II License.
• Experience working with Pediatric population preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with patient observation techniques.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client assistance.
• Ability to operate a Hoyer lift.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• A caring demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others maintain their quality of life.
