Nurse Assistant

• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels)
• Administer medications (oral, injections, IV if qualified)
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist patients with feeding if needed
• Support safe movement and fall prevention
• Follow and update care plans prescribed by doctors
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Document care provided and patient progress
• Report emergencies or concerns promptly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
