Nurse Assistant – Polyclinic

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Assistant to support doctors and nursing staff in our polyclinic. The candidate will assist in patient care, clinical procedures, and day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring high standards of hygiene and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and during examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all medical equipment is sterilized and ready
• Monitor patient vitals (BP, temperature, pulse, oxygen levels)
• Support in dressing wounds, injections, and minor procedures under supervision
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards
• Manage medical supplies and inventory
• Guide patients regarding appointments and basic instructions

Eligibility Criteria:

• ANM / GNM / Nursing Assistant certification
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital or polyclinic setup
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control
• Good communication skills (English & Local Language)
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
