Nurse - Bsc / GNM/ ANM Nursing

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and well-being under the supervision of the Nursing In-charge or Medical Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of ward, equipment, and instruments.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the physician or in-charge nurse.
• Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and medical terminologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
