Job Summary:
Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and well-being under the supervision of the Nursing In-charge or Medical Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of ward, equipment, and instruments.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the physician or in-charge nurse.
- Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and medical terminologies.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
