Nurse cum compouder

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical treatment to employees.
• Assist the Medical Officer (if available) in routine medical activities.
• Maintain medical records of employees, including injuries and illnesses.
• Manage and maintain the factory medical room/dispensary.
• Monitor vital signs such as BP, temperature, and pulse.
• Administer prescribed medicines and injections as directed.
• Handle workplace injuries and coordinate hospital referrals when required.
• Maintain stock of medicines, first aid kits, and medical supplies.
• Support health check-ups, medical camps, and statutory medical examinations.
• Promote workplace health, hygiene, and safety awareness.
