We provide Nursing, Home Health Aides, and Rehabilitation Therapy services. We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified Agency and accredited through the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Development Manager (RN) to lead nurse onboarding, ongoing clinical education, and competency development within a Medicare standards maintaining home health agency. This role ensures high standards in nursing practice that aligns with CMS, ACHC Accreditation Standards, and MassHealth regulations, with a strong focus on Medicare compliance and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

' Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff and caregivers.

• Lead clinical onboarding and ongoing development of home health nurses
• Deliver training on Medicare CoPs, skilled need, and homebound criteria
• Educate and support nurses on OASIS and compliant clinical documentation
• Conduct competency assessments and maintain survey-ready records
• Provide performance coaching and remediation support to field staff
• Support quality initiatives and outcome improvement efforts
• Prepare nursing staff for CMS, ACHC, and state surveys through education
• Ensure staff adherence to clinical policies and procedures
• Coordinate in-services, CEUs, and clinical skill development programs
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and quality teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nurse education or staff development within a healthcare setting.
• Active Massachusetts RN license (unrestricted)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency (required)
• Strong expertise in Medicare home health standards and documentation (required)
• Experience in nurse training, staff development, or clinical education
• Knowledge of CMS, ACHC, and MassHealth requirements
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
