Salary: $250k

This is a hybrid role Nurse Director role for our Premier client based in San Jose, CA. The Nurse Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to the nursing staff. Key daily tasks include coordinating patient care services, mentoring staff, developing and implementing policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality care standards. Performing strategic planning and designing patient care delivery systems and practice standards in several locations; leading the investigation of patient/family/member concerns regarding patient care and services; partnering with physicians, outside healthcare providers, and other health care team members to achieve optimal and safe patient care across the continuum; managing resource needs in clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including mentoring, team coordination, and staff supervision
• Clinical expertise in patient care services, policy development, and healthcare operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
• Maternal Child Health, L&D background
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Minimum two (2) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) AND minimum seven (7) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Experience in a supervisory or director role within healthcare is a plus
