Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, is responsible for managing the daily operations within Quality Career Pathways. Ensures quality outcomes in a cost-effective manner and will be a key person responsible for the quality of the student experience. Participates in the development and implementation of company philosophy, policy, and programs.
Essential Functions:
Overall:
1. Collaborate with Program Director to make recommendations and adjustments when appropriate to achieve objectives.
2. Ensures compliance with Nebraska DHHS Rules and Regulations and Nebraska Department of Education.
3. Implements and monitors continuous quality improvement programs to enhance student outcomes, satisfaction and referral source satisfaction.
4. Maintains student academic records in compliance with school policies.
5. Provides a work environment which attracts new students.
6. Follow-up on prospective students and employers regarding opportunities for career options.
Nurse Management:
1. Identify staffing needs, hire, train, and retain nurse educators.
2. Implement and monitor the performance appraisal program and conduct consistent with company policy and procedure.
3. Build and implement retention plans.
Classroom Operations:
1. Classroom (on and off site) management.
2. Scheduling and maintaining availabilities for all instructors.
3. Tracking attendance, scheduling and communicating all shifts for testing and makeup time for instructors and students.
4. On-call rotation to resolve teacher tardies, absences, and classroom issues.
5. Oversee the day-to-day cleanliness and set up for all classes.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with our Premier Partner program.
Leadership:
1. Analyzes, implements and evaluates current and new services within the service area.
2. Reviews, recommends, develops, and implements policies, procedures, programs, and standards, which guide and support the provision of services, regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards.
3. Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
· Strategic planning ability to anticipate changing business conditions and take appropriate action.
· Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,500.00 - $85,372.00 per year
