Nurse Educator

• Plan, organize and implement teaching programs based on clinical experience with the help of doctors and senior nurses.
• Arrange and take classes and clinical teaching of the staff nurses related to specialty experience
• Organize and conduct formal and informal ward teaching, bedside clinics and demonstration.
• Organize and conduct orientation program for the new staff nurses
• Discuss and update day to day activities with the nursing coordinators and administration staff.
• Correlate theory and practice by bridging the gap between theory and practice
• Conduct periodical test both theory and practical and evaluate the staff nurses
• Maintain attendance of the in-service education program.

Candidates with min 7 years experience as Nurse Educator are preferred.

Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
