Seeking an experienced and passionate Nursing Educator to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and professional excellence.

• Plan, organize, and deliver clinical and classroom training sessions for nursing staff.
• Assess learning needs and create competency-based education programs.
• Mentor and guide nurses in clinical practice to enhance professional development.
• Support new staff orientation and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Nursing

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Proficient in modern teaching methods and clinical simulation tools.
