Nurse Educator

The Nurse Educator is responsible for ensuring that nursing staff providing home and private nursing care meet required clinical competency, quality, and safety standards. The role focuses on training, assessment, and continuous professional development of nurses deployed in home care and community-based settings.

• Conduct clinical skills training specific to home care and private nursing services
• Perform regular competency assessments and clinical evaluations
• Maintain accurate training records, competency logs, and audit documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, incident reviews, and patient safety programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid professional nursing license
• Experience in home care, community nursing, or private nursing services is highly preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge in adult and community nursing
• Excellent teaching, coaching, and communication skills
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
