Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Staff Nurse Tagalog Speaking to join Oxygen Home Healthcare Center team. This role is critical in enhancing the quality of life for patients who require medical attention in a more comfortable and familiar settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes as per the care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
• Support wound care, mobility assistance, and other nursing procedures under supervision.
• Ensure infection control and safety measures are followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor in nursing or related field (Preferred)
• At least 2 years of proven experience in nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
