Nurse - Home Sample Collection

Everwell Medical Centre is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional nurse to join our team in providing exceptional home sample collection services. The nurse will be responsible for visiting patients' homes, collecting blood, urine, and other necessary samples for testing, ensuring the highest level of care and professionalism.

with Assistant Nurse DHA License

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits for patient sample collection (blood, urine, swabs, etc...).
• Ensure proper identification of patients and the samples collected.
• Handle and transport specimens securely, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sample collections and patient interactions.
• Ensure proper use of medical equipment for sample collection.
• Provide patients with instructions and answer any questions regarding the sample collection process.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including infection control and safety measures.
• Provide clear documentation of each visit, including sample details and patient conditions.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to sample collection, as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid DHA license in the UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in home healthcare or sample collection.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and sample handling is an asset.
• Arabic and English speaker
