Nurse (LPN or RN) or Medical Assistant

East Holmes Family Care, Inc. is hiring a Nurse or Medical Assistant to work 2 to 3 days per week (currently Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but this is subject to change) primarily at our Berlin and Walnut Creek locations, but must also be willing to cover at our Baltic location if needed.

• Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm weekdays, plus a short Saturday shift (8:30am-12:00pm) once every 6-8 weeks
• We are closed on most major holidays so you can spend time with family & friends

We are a small family practice with 3 locations (Baltic, Berlin, Walnut Creek) and 4 Providers in a rural community with traditional values. Our culture is family oriented where every team member truly matters.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing patients to see the provider, including vital signs, chief complaint, updating history and verifying medications
• Administering immunizations, injections, assisting with office procedures as directed by providers
• Phlebotomy
• Responding to patient communications
• Restocking and cleaning exam rooms
• Documenting accurately in EMR system

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN License or MA certification
