HASCS is looking for a
Regional Nurse Manager
with a strong background in
Learning Disability and Autism (LDA)
to oversee a caseload of complex care clients across
Dorset and Cornwall

Role Responsibilities

Manage maximum 10 complex care packages between Dorset & Cornwall.

Conduct & review comprehensive care planning and risk assessments, escalating concerns appropriately.

Partake in mobilisation, delivery, and quality assurance of complex care packages.

Manage your diary flexibly to meet the needs of your caseload – this is not a 9–5 role, there will be occasions where you will be in the field out of hours to sign off or supervise staff.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure staffing, training, and compliance.

Support recruitment and development of a skilled complex care workforce.

Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Partake in out of hours on-call (on rotation)
What You’ll Bring

Registered Nurse and minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Manager

At least 1 year of experience working with Learning Disability and Autism clients.

Background in Complex Care Nursing, ideally in community settings.

Strong conflict resolution, time management, and decision-making skills.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
