As part of the essential functions of this role, the Nurse Manager will:

• Lead and support clinical staff; manage daily workflow and staffing
• Oversee telephone triage and ensure ClearTriage usage
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with nursing leads to support smooth clinic operations
• Address patient concerns and support resolution
• Manage invoices, documentation, and quality improvement tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR a documented plan to complete a BSN within NYSED's RN BSN requirement timeframe OR Associate degree with degree/license dates meeting NYSED’s exemption requirements

Required license: Registered Nurse (RN) (New York State)

Required certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

Required Experience: minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical setting, with ambulatory outpatient experience preferred; experience supervising staff strongly preferred

This position is posted with a salary range. The actual rate of pay offered will be based on a variety of individualized factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s skills, relevant experience, educational background, internal equity, and market considerations.
