Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $122,000, commensurate with experience

• Sign-On & Relocation: Available on a case-by-case basis

Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Nurse Manager – Labor and Delivery for an exciting job in Savannah, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Ensure effective unit operations through proactive staffing, resource management, and workflow optimization

• Quality & Policy Development: Collaborate on evidence-based policies that enhance maternal and fetal safety

• Staff Mentorship: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting clinical excellence

• Patient Advocacy: Ensure compassionate care that meets the complex needs of high-risk obstetric patients

Qualifications:

• Education: BSN required; Master’s preferred

• Licensure: Current Georgia RN License or Compact/Multi-State License

• Experience:

  • 3+ years RN experience in Labor & Delivery

  • Proven supervisory or clinical leadership in a high-volume L&D setting

• Certifications: Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
