Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $40.79 – $61.19 per hour (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Nurse Manager – Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) for an exciting job in Irving, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily department operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance management

• Ensure appropriate resource utilization and budget oversight

Staff Development & Engagement

• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff

• Lead onboarding, competency validation, and performance improvement initiatives

• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance

• Support accreditation and certification standards

• Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement strategies

Relationship Management

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care delivery

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required

Licensure:

• Current Texas RN License or Compact RN License

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care Med-Surg experience

• Previous leadership experience as a Nurse Manager or Director preferred

• Strong Charge Nurse or Clinical Nurse Coordinator with leadership experience will be considered
