Salary: Up to $122,000 (Based on experience)

The Mother/Baby Nurse Manager is responsible for the strategic and daily operational success of the unit. You will serve as a vital link between leadership and frontline staff, driving policies that prioritize patient safety and clinical excellence during the critical postpartum period.
Operational Leadership: Plan, organize, and staff the unit to ensure 24/7 operational effectiveness.
Policy Development: Collaborate on evidence-based plans and procedures to streamline quality care.
Team Management: Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a tenured nursing staff, fostering a culture of respect and accountability.
Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, staffing levels, and performance evaluations to meet strategic goals.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
Licensure: Current Georgia RN License or Compact/Multi-State License
Experience:
3+ years recent RN experience in Women’s Services (Postpartum/Mother-Baby) in acute care
1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Proven ability to manage experienced nursing teams
Certifications:
Current AHA BLS and ACLS
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – must be obtained within 6 months if not currently held
