Position Overview

Aether Medicine is seeking a highly skilled, leadership-driven Registered Nurse to oversee the launch and ongoing operations of our new Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) service line. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a premier longevity and regenerative medicine clinic, contribute to a rapidly scaling practice, and play a central role in advancing next-generation patient care.

Work Schedule

Full-time role, Monday through Friday

Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Occasional flexibility for special events, trainings, or patient needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $74,000-$81,000

Role Distribution

• 60% Clinical: Lead and execute TPE procedures, IV access, infusion care, patient education, safety monitoring, emergency readiness, and high-touch concierge experience.

• 20% Operations & Management: Oversee inventory, protocols, quality assurance, equipment readiness, workflow optimization, staff coordination, and compliance. • 20% Marketing & Patient Growth: Participate in educational outreach, content creation support, community engagement, and representing Aether Medicine at events.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical lead for the TPE service line, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational workflow.
  • Oversee clinical support staff (MAs, IV team) and coordinate daily operations.
  • Lead training, competency validation, and quality assurance efforts.
  • Maintain and refine clinical protocols in collaboration with Dr. Christian.
  • Uphold Aether Medicine’s luxury concierge standards in every patient interaction.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform Therapeutic Plasma Exchange procedures with precision and safety.
  • Conduct phlebotomy and laboratory draws as needed.
  • Establish and maintain difficult IV access.
  • Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment responses.
  • Educate patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain a calm, confident presence and exceptional bedside manner.

Operations & Management Responsibilities

  • Maintain TPE supply chain, ordering, and inventory management
  • Ensure machine readiness, calibration, and daily safety checks.
  • Lead infection control and emergency preparedness protocols.
  • Coordinate room flow, scheduling needs, and documentation standards.
  • Support overall clinic operations and growth initiatives.

Marketing & Growth Responsibilities

  • Represent Aether Medicine in community wellness events and partnerships.
  • Assist with educational content creation for newsletters, social media, and patient outreach.
  • Support the expansion of the TPE program by helping build awareness among patients and referral partners.
  • Participate in practice-wide strategy sessions and growth planning.

Ideal Candidate

  • Intelligent, energetic, organized, and reliable
  • Exceptional IV skills (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Experience in ER, OR, infusion, dialysis, or critical care preferred
  • Emotionally intelligent, professional, calm-under-pressure • Excellent communicator and team leader
