Nursing Positions Available:

• Registered Nurse (RN): Provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Follow individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license
• Experience working with individuals preferred with disabilities or in a group home setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to pass a background check
