Job Overview:

Oxygen Home Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Registered Nurse or Nursing Assistant (female preferred) to join our home care team. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families in Nipale or Tagalog is essential. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed evaluations of patients' health conditions and specific needs.
• Create and execute personalized care plans in partnership with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring as part of patient management.
• Teach patients and their families effective health management techniques and self-care practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient care activities and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth transitions in patient care.
• Offer emotional support and counseling services to patients and their families.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in training initiatives.
• Comply with all relevant regulatory and organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• A valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Assistant.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent diploma; relevant experience may be taken into account.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in home care or similar settings.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
• Capacity to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
• Flexibility for a live-in arrangement is essential; please do not apply if this does not suit you.
