NURSE - PCL

1. Patient Care

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Maintain comfort, hygiene, and safety of patients.

2. Clinical Support

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and basic first aid.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during examinations and procedures.

3. Documentation

• Record patient information accurately in charts and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of medications, treatments, and observations.

4. Infection Control

• Follow infection prevention protocols strictly.
• Use PPE and sanitize equipment before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms and nursing stations.

5. Emergency Response

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (CPR, first aid).
• Alert senior nurses or doctors immediately if patient condition changes.

6. Communication

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients.

7. Medical Equipment Handling

• Use BP apparatus, glucometer, thermometer, and other basic equipment.
• Report malfunctioning or damaged equipment.

8. Patient Admission & Discharge

• Assist in admitting and discharging procedures.
• Help in orientation of new patients to the ward.

9. Health Education

• Educate patients on hygiene, medication use, diet, and lifestyle.
• Encourage patients to follow treatment plans.

10. Teamwork & Ethics

• Work cooperatively with healthcare staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow nursing ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
