Nurse Practioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

• Provide 40 hours per week of clinical care in an outpatient psychiatric setting.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Perform ongoing medication management and monitor therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with supervising psychiatrist, behavioral health staff, and administrative team.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication use.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, scope of practice, and ethical standards.
• Access to cutting-edge interventional treatments (e.g. TMS, Spravato)
• Monitor Spravato on site in our REMS Certified Treatment Facility

Qualifications:

• Must have current and valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License within the state of Texas, with Psychiatric Board Certification or Current and Valid Physician Assistant License within the state of Texas.
