Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Concierge Medicine & Weight Loss

Our mission is to deliver luxury healthcare with cutting-edge medical therapies, including advanced weight loss programs, hormone optimization, peptides, IV drips, and aesthetics such as Botox and fillers.

We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to cover weekend and evening (second shift) hours. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a concierge setting and enjoys a mix of clinical medicine, wellness, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Provide concierge-level patient care in weight management, wellness, and preventive medicine.
Administer and oversee IV drips, peptide therapies, and weight loss medications (including GLP-1s).
Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables.
Conduct patient consultations, physical exams, and follow-ups with a focus on service, safety, and results.
Collaborate with the medical director and care team to maintain the highest standards of patient experience.
Document thoroughly in the EMR (Athena).

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida.
Experience in weight loss, primary care, or aesthetics preferred.
Strong IV therapy and injection skills (Botox/fillers training a plus; training can be provided).
Excellent bedside manner with a concierge mindset: polished, personable, and attentive to patient needs. Attention to detail.
Flexible availability for weekend and evening shifts.
