We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with extensive hands-on expertise in advanced injection therapies and regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-volume procedural settings, with specialized proficiency in needling techniques, EBOO therapy, neurotoxin administration, peptide protocols, and other minimally invasive aesthetic and wellness treatments.

This provider will deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced injection procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox and other botulinum toxin products)
  • Dermal fillers
  • Peptide therapies
  • IV therapies and advanced vascular access
  • EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation & Ozonation)
  • Demonstrate advanced venipuncture and IV placement skills, including difficult access cases
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for aesthetic and regenerative patients
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups
  • Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Stay current with emerging therapies, products, and best practices in aesthetic and regenerative medicine

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in good standing
  • Board certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA as applicable)
  • Minimum 1+ years of procedural experience in aesthetic, wellness, or regenerative medicine
  • Extensive hands-on experience with injectable therapies and venous access
  • Demonstrated proficiency in EBOO therapy
  • Strong knowledge of peptide protocols and regenerative treatment modalities
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification
  • Strong understanding of safety, sterile technique, and complication management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume aesthetic or integrative medical settings
  • Advanced training or certifications in cosmetic injectables
  • Strong patient retention and consultation skills
  • Background in functional or integrative medicine

Business Development & Brand Growth Expectations

In addition to clinical excellence, this provider will play an active role in supporting the company’s strategic growth and market presence. Responsibilities include contributing to service line development, assisting in protocol innovation, participating in educational events, supporting marketing initiatives (including content creation, patient education, and community outreach), and helping drive patient retention and referrals. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial-minded, understands the aesthetics and regenerative marketplace, and is motivated to help expand revenue streams while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.

Competitive Performance-Based Compensation & Bonuses

This position offers competitive performance-based incentives in addition to base compensation. Bonus opportunities may include revenue-based commissions, treatment volume incentives, retail sales participation, patient retention metrics, and contribution to new service line growth. High-performing providers will have the opportunity to significantly increase their total compensation through measurable productivity, patient satisfaction outcomes, and business development contributions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:

  • Phlebotomy: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Botox: 1 year (Required)
