Nurse Practitioner

FNP to work in our UC with current experience . The schedule they are running between the two providers is as follows:
2 days on 12 hours shifts, 2 days off, then 5 days on and then repeat.

orks as the only NP opposite our NP on 12 hours shifts with a dedicated Medical Assistant and font office staff, the UC has its own Lab and Radiology on site, during summer sees about 10-15 patients a day. Winter 15-20 a day.

Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice. May be required to work at other Hospital-Owned Clinics or main Hospital as needed.

MUST be comfortable seeing all ages (2-100) and treating chronic diseases
Provider will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, some suturing
EMR- Evident
15-20 patients/day
Must be licensed in AZ
MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS
BACKGROUND/DRUG TEST REQUIRED
