Functional Medicine | Peptides | Hormone Optimization

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with strong experience in peptides, hormone optimization, and functional medicine to lead clinical care and help shape our treatment protocols.

The ideal candidate is passionate about root-cause medicine, confident in interpreting comprehensive lab panels, and experienced in developing individualized treatment plans using peptides, hormones, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle optimization.

This provider will:

Conduct patient consults
Interpret advanced lab panels
Develop protocols and treatment plans
Train and mentor nursing staff
Help establish clinical standards and procedures

This is a leadership-level clinical role.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations (virtual and in-person)
Order and interpret functional lab panels (hormones, thyroid, adrenal, inflammatory markers, micronutrients, etc.)

Develop personalized treatment plans including:

Peptides
Hormone optimization (BHRT preferred)
Vitamin & amino acid injections
Lifestyle and supplement guidance
Hyperbaric Oxygen/Red Light Therapy
Provide ongoing follow-up care and outcome tracking
Understand mechanisms of action and appropriate patient selection
Develop safe dosing protocols
Ensure compliance with Florida medical regulations
Train RNs and LPNs on peptide education
Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Develop treatment menus and structured longevity protocol systems
Maintain high clinical standards

Requirements

Valid Nurse Practitioner license /Physician's Assistant with current certification
MUST live near Belleair, FL
Ethical and compliance-driven
Active Florida NP or PA license (in good standing)
DEA registration (if prescribing)
Experience in:
Functional medicine
Hormone replacement therapy (BHRT preferred)
Lab interpretation beyond basic panels
Strong knowledge of peptides and regenerative therapies
Comfortable prescribing and managing treatment plans
Excellent communication skills
