Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and vital signs assessments, to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating medication administration.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for comprehensive medical documentation and coding (ICD-10, CPT).
• Provide patient education on health coaching topics like nutrition, medication adherence, and disease management while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support discharge planning, case management, utilization review, and working within Workers' Compensation law frameworks when applicable.

Skills

• Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and billing.
• Skilled in performing diagnostic evaluations using laboratory testing and medical imaging; familiar with ICD coding (ICD-9/10) for accurate record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills complemented by a thorough understanding of medical terminology and physiology knowledge necessary for comprehensive patient assessment.
