Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides direct clinical care under supervision, serving as a primary care provider and patient advocate.

• Performs assessments, diagnoses, treatments, referrals, and follow-ups within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians, leads clinical support staff, and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Assists patients with community resources and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Participates in after-hours coverage, community health initiatives, and staff training.
• Maintains licensure, credentialing, and ongoing education; adheres to policies, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
• Requires RN and NP licensure, relevant certification, bilingual ability (preferred), and experience in community health. Proficiency in computer skills and trauma-informed care is essential.
