The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides direct clinical care under supervision, serving as a primary care provider and patient advocate.

Collaborates with physicians, leads clinical support staff, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Assists patients with community resources and ensures compliance with regulations.

Participates in after-hours coverage, community health initiatives, and staff training.

Maintains licensure, credentialing, and ongoing education; adheres to policies, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.

Requires RN and NP licensure, relevant certification, bilingual ability (preferred), and experience in community health. Proficiency in computer skills and trauma-informed care is essential.
