Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join my solo practice healthcare Clinic .In this vital role, you will provide advanced clinical care, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans across a variety of medical settings. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient health status across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and specialty care settings.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medication administration.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection/processing, medical imaging interpretation, sonography, and basic life support procedures.
- Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate discharge planning, utilization review, and post-acute care services.
Experience
- Proven experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems documentation and patient management.
- Strong background in managing patients different backgrounds.
- Experience performing advanced procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, venipuncture, dermal fillers is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in clinical research or teaching hospital settings is a plus; familiarity with CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9/10) enhances your effectiveness in documentation and billing processes.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children (pediatric care), seniors (geriatrics), individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities—especially within home care or memory/dementia care contexts.
