We focus on helping people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction issues and a whole lot more through the power of ketamine infusion therapy. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience, or five years of general life experience, that they can bring to communicating with patients and their families as we assist them in navigating whether ketamine is right for them. They are highly competent at starting IVs and are a motivated self-starter. Strong organization skills are a must.

This position will mainly be based out of the Brookfield clinic but will also have shifts at the Mequon clinic.

Duties

• Conduct phone calls with perspective patients to answer questions about Ketamine
• Conduct telehealth visits, mainly virtually, with patients to determine whether they meet treatment criteria
• Help keep the clinic running!
• Chart on our EHR, Advanced MD (very simple, lots of dot phrases, fast and easy to learn)
• Ask questions if you don't know something and be ready to learn

Experience

• Proven experience working in fast-paced healthcare environments such as emergency rooms, ICU units (including PICU), or hospital medicine departments are a big plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
