We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our private medical practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient health assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Provide patient education, counseling, and health coaching
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active California state license
• Primary care or family medicine experience preferred
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
• Strong clinical skills in:
• Chronic disease management
• Geriatrics
• Triage and patient assessment
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and clinical documentation
• Experience with chronic care management, infectious disease, and senior care is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient education
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an outpatient setting

Pay: $150,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
