Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner needed to assess, advise and treat patients. The NP would be seeing patients including our Neuropathy program, physical medicine, and preventative medicine. We look to get to the root cause of all of our patients issues through a holistic and functional approach.

Main task include TPI an PRP injections, Neuropathy exams, helping fulfill Rx script for hormones and peptides for the functional medicine doctors.
