Nurse Practitioner

You will collaborate with a MD and NP to deliver comprehensive care, promote health education, and improve patient outcomes. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Evaluations including general gynecology and pregnancy care including ultrasonography and laboratory testing, and interpret results for informed decision-making.
• Provide telehealth consultations and deliver health coaching tailored to diverse populations of women.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Outpatient only setting

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in advanced practice nursing.
• Experience working in OBGYN preferred
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems - eClinicalworks preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, and documentation standards.
• Hands-on experience with gynecology procedures like pap smears, pregnancy tests like NST and ultrasounds preferred.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to handle complex cases involving high risk pregnancy, with oversight
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary team in outpatient clinic.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
