Nurse Practitioner

NP Home Health (HRA’s):

• Seeking coverage starting ASAP

- 1 Month w/ option to extend

• Monday - Friday

- Hours: 8a-5p

• 70% Telehealth and 30% in Home

• Performing 5-7 HRA's per day (paid a full day regardless of volume)

• Perform annual risk assessments and review of chronic conditions

• Assessment Only Role

- No treatment or prescribing, no H&P, no patient follows up, no chronic disease management

• If patient cancels, candidate is still paid for a full 8-hour day

• Equipment is provided: iPad, blood pressure cuff, lab kits

• Must have WI State License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour
