Nurse Practitioner

11th Hour Service is partnering with a fast-growing, innovative healthcare organization to hire a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a brand-new clinic opening in Sartell, MN.

Schedule

• M-F Day shift only
• No nights or weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under physician supervision
• Perform evaluations including medical history, exams, and assessments
• Identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and guide them through their care
• Assist with in-office procedures as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified (Family or Adult)
• Active Minnesota license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 3+ years of NP experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Interest in ENT or specialty care preferred
• Valid driver’s license
