Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview
With two locations in the US and one in Central Europe opening soon, we are recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to work in growing Wickenburg and Wittmann, Arizona. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings with focus on diabetes, metabolic health and wound care. This energetic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, utilize advanced clinical skills, and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing expert medical care to a wide range of populations, including pediatric, adult, geriatric, and specialized patient groups such as those requiring acute or chronic care management. Your expertise will support both outpatient and inpatient services, ensuring seamless patient experiences and optimal health outcomes.

Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment needs
• Service diabetes, metabolic and wound care patients. Refer to other experts as needed within our eco system.
• Administer medications as needed including medical weight loss prescription.
• Update EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks.
• Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care and support remote patient management within our service area.
• Assist with case management. to ensure comprehensive patient care continuity.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and CPT coding standards for billing purposes

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to practice in Arizona.
• Either have or ability to secure a DEA license.
• Proven experience in medical office settings with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems like Athenahealth or Cerner
• Knowledge of coding systems including ICD-10/ICD-9 and CPT coding for accurate documentation and billing.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to work effectively either alone or with others.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
