Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing comprehensive primary care services, focusing on preventive care, disease management, and overall health promotion for adult patients through geriatrics. As a Nurse Practitioner with us, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult, and geriatric patients.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in primary care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of direct clinical experience
• BSN or MSN required
• Active licensure in Massachusetts
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• For Physician Assistants: Must be accredited by the American Medical Association
• Comfortable using new technology and software such as eClinicalWorks/Athena EMR
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
