Duties:

• Unique blend of direct patient care and management.

• Evaluate and treat psychiatric patients with chronic and acute mental health problems across the lifespan.

• This position will require travel between locations on designated clinic days and possible locations would include Duluth, Cloquet, and possibly Superior Wisconsin.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in nursing with board certification from the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

• RN and APNP license in MN.

• At least five years of experience as a psychiatric nurse.

Desired Qualifications:

• RN and APNP Licensed in MN with previous work experience in a community mental health clinic or other psychiatric clinic setting as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

• Also, knowledge of addictions and experience working with adults as well as children and adolescents; knowledge of community behavioral health systems and resources.

• Flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of settings including the clinic and other community sites.
