Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner who is confident in both clinical decision-making and patient relationships. This role blends medical care and aesthetics, offering a unique opportunity to practice at the intersection of wellness, longevity, and cosmetic medicine.

This is not a high-volume, insurance-based setting. We prioritize quality care, autonomy, and long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations (HRT, weight loss, wellness optimization)
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage:
• Hormone replacement therapy (TRT, estrogen, thyroid)
• GLP-1 weight loss medications
• Peptide therapies
• Perform aesthetic procedures (or willingness to train):
• Neurotoxins (Botox/Daxxify)
• Dermal fillers
• Laser
• Monitor labs and adjust treatment protocols
• Provide ongoing patient follow-up and care management
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
• Ability to prescribe independently in Nevada
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Interest in longevity, hormone therapy, and aesthetics
• Experience in aesthetics or HRT preferred, but not required

Compensation
