Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant

Location: Hanover, PA 17331

Pay: $85/hr

Duration: 4/28/26 - 7/31/26 (Possible extension)

Setting: Primary care /Occupational health

Schedule: Part-time | Approx 20 hours weekly

• Tuesday: 11 AM - 7 PM

• Thursday: 11 AM - 4 AM

• Frifay: 7 AM - 3 PM

As a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner in our on-site Health Center in Hanover, PA, you’ll work in a collaborative and supportive setting, providing care to client employees and their dependents ages 3 and up. This position offers the opportunity to step away from long hospital shifts and focus on quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines

• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management

• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care

• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development

• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions

• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care

• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies

• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed

• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records

• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Primary care, ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, emergency department setting, or experience in a similar setting is preferred

• EPIC EMR experience is a plus

• Active Nurse Practitioner License in PA

• Active BLS from AHA or be willing to obtain it post-offer.

• DEA License is preferred, but not required

• Able to pass a background check and drug test
