Nurse Practitioner

Overview

GoodLife Health Care is an innovative, patient-centered chiropractic and integrative wellness clinic dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through collaborative, whole-body care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a provider who values functional, preventative, and lifestyle-based approaches to care and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed histories, physical exams, and functional assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within the NP scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate chiropractic care, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and wellness strategies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as clinically appropriate.
• Perform in-office procedures as permitted by Florida NP regulations and clinic protocols.
• Collaborate closely with chiropractors, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and holistic wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license.
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or similar).
• DEA registration (or eligibility).
• Experience in integrative medicine, primary care, functional medicine, or musculoskeletal health preferred.
• Strong interest in holistic, preventative, and patient-centered care models.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with functional medicine labs or wellness-based treatment plans.
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation, or chiropractic-integrated care.
• Comfort with lifestyle counseling, nutrition guidance, and wellness coaching.
