Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to establish accurate diagnoses of patients with acute and chronic pain
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating medication administration, injections, IV infusions,
• Manage acute and chronic conditions such as pain management
• Provide telehealth consultations and triage services to deliver timely care and guidance remotely.
• Chart in Eclinical works

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in advanced practice nursing.
• experience with pain management and opioid prescribing

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
